The workspace shell

Every application shares one workspace frame, so switching between them costs nothing: no new layout to learn, no interface to relearn.

Sidebar

Every notebook, task board, mailbox, channel and folder tree lives here. Resize it, collapse it, and it remembers how you left it between sessions.

Topbar

Sidebar toggle, app switcher, search bar, offline connectivity indicator, panel toggle and avatar menu, all in one place.

Right panel

The assistant panel, plus whatever the current app needs alongside it: live collaborators, comments, backlinks, run history, conflict resolution.

Command palette

Press ⌘K to search workspace content or run a command without leaving the keyboard. Press ? for the shortcut reference.

Keyboard shortcuts and quick actions

The same shortcuts work the same way in every application: learn them once and they are yours everywhere.

⌘K

Open universal search and the command palette from anywhere in the suite.

Open the interactive shortcuts helper for the active application.

⌘Enter

Send the active message in Yap or the assistant composer, or save the open task or event modal.

Esc

Close the active modal, dismiss a dropdown menu, or deselect the current element.

Open the block insertion menu in the Notes editor.

Open the note wiki-link autocomplete picker in the Notes editor.

Mention a teammate in Yap, or a workspace object in the Studio assistant composer.

⌘B / ⌘I / ⌘U

Make the selected text bold, italic or underlined.
