Sharing and collaboration

Sharing happens per object and by membership, not by link. Grant specific accounts view or edit access to any notebook, task board, budget, diagram or Design Space, and the server enforces exactly that permission.

Work together in real time: presence indicators and live cursors follow everyone across shared canvases and documents. Comments anchor to the exact text selection they are about, in a dedicated comment rail alongside the document. Notes, freeform canvases and generated artifacts all keep full version history. And when two people edit the same thing at once, Hollow surfaces the collision explicitly rather than quietly overwriting one person's change.
