Account and access

One email address and password get you into every app in the suite. Everything about that account (profile, password, sessions, keys) lives behind the avatar menu in the top-right corner.

Update your display name and avatar image whenever you like, and change your password the same way. If you have forgotten it, a reset link goes to your registered email address from the sign-in screen.

Account settings also lists every active session alongside the device it came from, so you can revoke any one of them individually and sign that device out remotely. Your daily AI token consumption against your account quota is tracked on the same page.

Connecting an external script or tool to the Hollow API starts with a personal developer key, prefixed hlw_sk_. Mint as many as you need, name them, inspect them, and revoke them when they have served their purpose; each one inherits the permissions of the account that created it.

Export your notes, files, and conversation history at any time. Account deletion is permanent: it removes all associated workspace data and cannot be undone.
