Contacts

One address book for the whole workspace. Every contact you add here is available everywhere else, autocompleting as you type.

The directory is searchable and grouped, with category filters for Work, Family, VIP, and Vendors, so a long list stays easy to scan. Open any entry and its detail drawer holds the full picture: avatar, name, email addresses, telephone numbers, organisation, job title, address, and notes. New contacts can be created instantly from anywhere in the app shell, not just from the Contacts app itself.

Add someone once and they show up as an autocomplete suggestion in the Mail composer, in task assignments, and in document sharing, wherever the suite needs to know who you mean.
