Sidebar

Application navigation containing notebooks, task boards, mailboxes, channels and folder trees. Resizable, collapsible and persistent across sessions.

Topbar

Sidebar toggle, application switcher, search bar, offline connectivity indicator, dock toggle and user avatar menu.

Dock (Right rail)

The assistant panel, alongside app-specific tabs for live collaborators, comments, backlinks, run history and conflict resolution.

Command palette

Press ⌘K to search workspace content or execute commands without taking your hands off the keyboard. Press ? for shortcut reference.

Master workspace navigation and document editing using universal keyboard shortcuts supported across all applications.

Open universal search and command palette from anywhere in the suite.

Open the interactive keyboard shortcuts helper modal for the active application.

⌘Enter

Submit active message in Yap or assistant composer, or save open task/event modal.

Esc

Close active modal, dismiss dropdown menu, or deselect element.

Open block insertion menu in Notes editor.
