Project Hollow, or Hollow for short, brings connected apps and an AI assistant together in one workspace by Soulstack. Start with a small piece of work, then use the apps that help you finish it.
Use Hollow Tasks to collect the things you need to do, then organise them into lists. Look at the same work as a list, a Kanban board or a calendar, rather than maintaining a separate copy for each view.
Drag a task onto the schedule to give it a day and a start time. Keep Calendar nearby to review your commitments, and use the Pomodoro timer in Tasks when you want a focused stretch of work.
Start with one list and the tasks that matter today. Add folders or Spaces when your work needs more structure. The Tasks guide explains views, scheduling and the available task details.
Write the first version of an idea in Hollow Notes. Link related notes as you write and use backlinks to find the pages that refer to the one you are reading. Open a freeform canvas when a sketch or a map of ideas would help more than another paragraph.
Keep supporting documents in Files, where inline previews let you check PDFs, images, code and Markdown. Create the follow-up work in Tasks when you are ready to act on the idea.
For shared work, use a shared notebook and discuss decisions in Yap channels and threads. Choose what to share in each app; putting work in the same workspace does not make every item public or automatically share it with everyone.

Open the assistant inside a Hollow app or use Hollow Studio for a longer conversation. Choose a model for the task, ask a question about the work in front of you, or develop a draft into a document, spreadsheet or diagram.
Studio has Chat for conversations and generated work, Code for repository work, and a Preview panel for artifacts. Review the assistant's output before using it, and check the tools and approvals guide to understand how proposed app changes are handled.
