Change the view, not the tasks
The same tasks appear as lists, a Kanban board or a calendar, so moving a card between stages needs no second list.
Schedule by dragging
Drag a task onto the schedule to give it a day and a start time, and keep a Pomodoro focus timer in the side panel while you work through it.
File requests automatically
An intake portal and inbound webhooks turn form submissions and messages from other tools into tasks, either filed straight to a list or held in a review queue until you accept them.
