Anyone can report content on Hollow that they think is illegal or breaks our terms, including pornography and content that encourages suicide, self-harm or eating disorders, whether or not they have a Hollow account. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999 first.
We look at every report. If the content is illegal or breaks our terms, we remove it or restrict it, and we may suspend or close the account. We report child sexual abuse material and other matters to the authorities where the law requires. Where we can, we tell you what we decided. We keep a record of each report and what we did.
If you think we got a decision wrong, including removing your content or restricting your account, or that we are not meeting our online safety duties, email legal@projecthollow.com within six months, with the reference we gave you. Someone who was not involved in the first decision reviews it, and we tell you the outcome. See section 16 of the terms.
