Effective from 13 October 2026
Hollow’s plans are priced so that every allowance can be used in full. This policy explains the few limits that are not a published number, and what counts as misuse. It forms part of our terms of service.
Your plan’s allowances are on the pricing page and on the Usage page in Hollow. Hollow enforces them itself: when you reach one, it tells you and offers a cheaper model, a banked reset if you hold one, a top-up or an upgrade. Using your allowance in full is normal use, never misuse.
A few limits are shown as “fair use” rather than a number, because almost nobody gets near them. Each still has a high ceiling that protects the service, for example:
If you need more, email support@projecthollow.com and we will talk about it.
To keep Hollow working for everyone, there are also limits you should never notice in normal use: a daily ceiling on AI use of about 40% of your weekly allowance, caps on requests per minute and per day, and caps on how many sign-ups, emails and automations can run at once. They are there to stop runaway automations, leaked keys and attacks, and they reset on their own.
If we see misuse, we will normally contact you first and ask you to stop. If it continues, or if it puts other people or the service at risk, we may slow down or pause the affected feature, revoke developer keys, or suspend the account as the terms allow. If you think we have got it wrong, reply to our email or write to support@projecthollow.com.
We give at least 30 days’ notice before reducing any allowance, and we record every change in the limits changelog.
