Prices are the total you pay each month or year. No VAT charged. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel, and you can cancel online at any time from Account, then Manage billing.
* How we count a conversation: a short exchange of about 3,000 tokens in (your message and the context it carries) and about 800 tokens out (the reply), with GPT-6 Luna on every plan so the plans compare like for like.
Other models use the allowance faster or slower, and paid plans unlock more capable models. Longer chats, attachments and tools use it faster too. Allowances reset each week, and paid plans also have a limit for each five-hour session. Image, video and voice counts are ceilings inside the same AI allowance.

Where are my AI requests processed?
Routing is global on every plan at launch. Requests go to the model providers' global endpoints on Google Cloud Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure AI Foundry (where Claude Fable 5.1 runs on Anthropic's own infrastructure) and, for voice, Amazon Bedrock. See theprivacy policy for the details.
How do I cancel?
Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time from Account, then Manage billing. Your plan keeps running to the end of the period you have paid for.
You also have a 14-day right to cancel. If you ask us to start your plan straight away, you can still cancel within 14 days and get a pro-rata refund for the part you have not used. See the terms.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Hollow tells you when you are close, and shows when your allowance resets. When you reach it, you can switch to a cheaper model that still has allowance left, use a banked reset if you hold one, buy a top-up, or upgrade your plan.
How do top-ups work?
A top-up is a one-off payment that adds AI allowance to your account. It is used only after your plan allowance runs out, lasts 12 months, and is available on Sapling, Tree and Canopy.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing charges the year up front at a lower price per month than paying monthly. It renews automatically each year until you cancel, and you can cancel online at any time.
Can I change plan?
Yes. An upgrade starts straight away. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is Hollow Mail included?
Hollow Mail is in Preview. It is not part of the plan comparison, and its limits may change while it is in Preview.
Is Hollow Search included?
Hollow Search is free for everyone, with or without a Hollow account, so it has no plan limits. It has its own privacy notice.
